SPECTATOR TOUR

The Spectator Tour Package is designed to provide spectators a great time in Manta, while their loved ones get ready for the race.

In this tour, spectators combine some leisure time with bonding time with the athletes before IRONMAN 70.3 ECUADOR

We take care of all your domestic travel arrangements, provide private tours in the area and special services during the race, like special access to the VIP spectators area.

The Spectator Itinerary:

 

Friday

Transfer Manta Airport – Hotel

Check in at the Best Western Sail Hotel. A VIP Kit will be provided.

Saturday

Manta Sightseeing and Montecristi Tour

After breakfast visit to the Pile-Monecristi Route known for the famous straw toquilla hats. Visit to Alfaro Museum and, sightseeing of Manta

Lunch: at 1pm (TBC) we will be back to the hotel, where lunch will be served for athletes and their partners.

Expo Visit: In the afternoon you with your companions will be able to visit the expo village, that this year will take place at the Best Western Sail Hotel.

Dinner: In the evening, dinner will be served at your hotel.

Sunday

Race morning: Early in the morning, buses will leave the hotel and head to the swim start with spectators.

For spectators that prefer to go to the race later there will be a bus departing at 9am and other at 10:30am (TBC). Since roads will be closed the bus will take as closest as possible to the spectators points.

After the swim start you will be able to walk though Manta’s streets to watch athletes throughout the course. You will notice why Manta is known for its cheering crowd!

Finish line: Spectators in this package will receive access to the VIP finish area, a key spot on the run to watch your loved one cross the finish line.

Athlete and Spectator Return after Race: Buses will return athletes and spectators to the hotel at specific times from specific locations (TBC)

Awards Ceremony: at the hotel during the evening.

  • Tours and Experiences are subject to availability and to a minimum number of people
  • Itinerary is subject to change in case of force majeure caused by exceptional and natural circumstances
  • Given times are estimated and will be confirmed on the tour
  • All rates are per person. Ecuadorian passengers should pay the IVA tax.
  • Prices may change without warning and can only be guaranteed once the reservation has been made.
  • Bookings shall include the passenger’s full name, nationality, passport number, age and birthdate.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation charges for IRONMAN 70.3 Ecuador services will apply as follows:

  • Cancellations 120 days or more prior to departure: 50% of total price
  • Cancellations between 119 to 70 days prior to departure: 75% of total price
  • Cancellations 69 days or less prior to departure: 100% (full price)
